At General Warfield's Coffee®, we genuinely enjoy offering discounts and promotions as a way of saying thank you to our customers. To ensure these offers remain fair, sustainable, and equally available to everyone, all discounts and promotional codes are subject to the terms outlined in this policy. By applying a discount code at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.

Discounts are offered as a courtesy and are not a guaranteed right. We reserve the right to modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any discount or promotional offer at any time. All policies apply unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

We're thrilled to welcome new customers with a special discount on their first order. Welcome discounts are issued exclusively to first-time customers upon subscribing to our mailing list and are limited to one use per customer, household, email address, and billing address.

Welcome discounts are valid on full-priced, non-discounted items only and are subject to all exclusions outlined in Section 5 of this policy. Any attempt to apply a welcome discount to an already discounted or promotional item will be automatically declined by our system.

Customers who unsubscribe and re-subscribe with the same or a different email address for the purpose of obtaining additional welcome discounts are in violation of this policy. General Warfield's Coffee® reserves the right to cancel any order placed in violation of this provision.

We periodically offer promotional and seasonal discount codes as a way of celebrating the seasons, holidays, and our customers. These codes are valid for the duration specified in the promotional communication and are subject to all exclusions outlined in Section 5 of this policy.

Promotional codes are valid on full-priced items only. They may not be applied to any item that is already marked at a sale price, promotional price, or any reduced price of any kind — including but not limited to individual product discounts, clearance items, or limited-time sale pricing, regardless of whether the specific product is explicitly named in any promotional communication.

Each promotional code is valid for one use per customer unless otherwise stated. Promotional codes are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or distributed.

Our bundles are designed to offer great value right out of the gate — bundle pricing already reflects a meaningful per-unit savings. Because bundle pricing is itself a discounted rate, no additional discount codes, promotional codes, or offers of any kind may be applied to bundle purchases.

Bundle discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount code. Bundle pricing is final at the time of purchase and cannot be adjusted retroactively.

To keep our promotions fair and sustainable for everyone, the following exclusions apply universally to all discounts, promotional codes, and offers — regardless of how a promotion is worded or communicated:

• Any item already marked at a sale, promotional, or otherwise reduced price of any kind, including but not limited to individual product discounts, regardless of whether the specific product is named in the promotional communication
• Subscription orders and subscription-priced items
• Shipping costs of any kind
• Gift cards and store credit
• Bundle-priced products
• Any other active promotion, bundle, or discount offer
• Previously completed or already-placed orders
• Expired discount codes or offers past their stated validity period
• Cash redemption or retroactive application of any kind

To keep things simple and fair, only one discount code may be applied per order. Codes may not be combined, stacked, or used alongside any other offer, promotion, sale pricing, or discount of any kind.

When a discount code is entered at checkout and the system displays a message indicating the code cannot be applied — including messages stating the code is invalid for the selected items — the code is functioning as intended and the restriction is final. General Warfield's Coffee® will not manually override system-generated discount restrictions.

Discount codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as issued. General Warfield's Coffee® is not responsible for codes entered incorrectly or codes that have expired prior to use.

We love our subscribers and work hard to make subscription pricing worthwhile on its own. Because subscription orders are already priced with built-in savings, discount codes and promotional offers — including welcome discounts and seasonal promotions — may not be applied to subscription orders unless a specific subscription promotion is explicitly stated at the time of the offer.

Subscription discounts, where offered, apply to the terms specified at enrollment only and may not be combined with any other offer. Minimum order quantities established for subscription orders are non-negotiable and may not be modified after enrollment.

Subscription pricing is established at enrollment and is not subject to price-matching, retroactive adjustment, or the application of subsequently issued promotional codes.

We always clearly communicate the validity window of every promotion so you have plenty of time to use it. Once a code expires, it is no longer valid and cannot be honored — including in cases where the customer was unaware of the expiration date.

Discounts may not be applied retroactively to any order that has already been placed, confirmed, or fulfilled. No exceptions to this provision will be made regardless of the circumstances under which the order was placed.

General Warfield's Coffee® is not responsible for technical issues on the customer's end that prevented the timely application of a discount code prior to expiration.

Discount codes and promotional offers have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, store credit, or any monetary equivalent under any circumstances.

Discount codes are issued for individual customer use only. They are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, shared publicly, or distributed through any channel not authorized by General Warfield's Coffee®. Any code obtained through unauthorized channels is void and will not be honored.

We apply this policy consistently and equally to all customers — because that's the fairest way to operate. We genuinely appreciate every customer's business, and it's precisely that appreciation that drives us to maintain policies that are clear, consistent, and equitable for everyone.

We are unable to make individual exceptions to the terms outlined in this policy, regardless of order history, customer status, or the nature of the request. Requests for exceptions submitted via phone, email, or any other channel will be respectfully declined.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our offerings or to address new situations. The most current version will always be available at generalwarfieldscoffee.com. Continued use of our website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
