Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
Shipping rates are based on purchase price:
- $0–$39.99 → $6.99 flat rate
- $40+ → Free Shipping
- Free delivery for monthly subscription plans
International Shipping
International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
Rates & Delivery Speeds
- Standard U.S. delivery: typically 5–8 business days (may vary during holidays).
- Within Maryland: generally 1–2 business days (excluding holidays/adverse weather).
- Mid-Atlantic regional deliveries (outside MD): typically 1–4 business days.
- Gift cards: digital code delivered to your email immediately after purchase.
Order Fulfillment & Address Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
- Orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the customer. Incomplete or invalid addresses may result in delays, returns, or undeliverable shipments.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned due to an invalid address, “no such number,” or similar issue, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package to a corrected address.
- We are unable to provide refunds for packages returned due to customer address errors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, General Warfield’s Coffee, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please file a claim with the carrier or contact local authorities. We’re happy to assist if needed.
Shipping Claims
Notify us of any missing or undelivered packages within 30 days of the shipping date, providing the order number and tracking details. Claims filed after this period may not be eligible for review or resolution.
Delivery Confirmation & Tracking
Tracking information is provided with all shipments. Please monitor your package and contact the carrier for assistance with delivery issues; we can also help coordinate where possible.
Address Changes
- Before Shipping: If you entered incorrect shipping information, contact us immediately at info@generalwarfieldscoffee.com. We’ll do our best to adjust before the order ships.
- After Shipping: We cannot alter the shipping address once the package has been shipped.
Damaged Packages
We pack carefully, but transit conditions are outside our direct control. All shipments include tracking and are insured through the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@generalwarfieldscoffee.com with:
- Your order number,
- A brief description of the issue, and
- Clear photos of the shipping box, product/inner packaging, and the shipping label.
This helps us assess and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. Please also see our Refund & Return Policy for details.
