I love strong coffee and this one is so far my favorite. It has a rich, smooth flavor and does not bother my stomach or throat. I just reordered more since I enjoyed it so much.
So far I like them all. Just found out the black bag is back. I cant wait to try that one.

We're sorry to hear this roast didn't hit the mark for you seeing our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is one of our best sellers. That's genuinely disappointing to read, and not the experience we want anyone to have with our coffee.
We'd love to make this right, but "tasted awful" doesn't give us much to go on. Would you be willing to share a bit more? Was it bitter, sour, weak, burnt, or something else?
Also, it would be helpful to know your brew method, grind size, and water ratio, since even great beans can taste off if the brew parameters are a little out of range.

For a decafe i actually like this one. But because i have also tried the low acid regular coffees you have i think that i dont need decafe. I have tried the blue bag and the geen bag and loved them so i just ordered the purple bag of regular then I will get the black bag and red bag and pretty sure I will be pleased.
I think I will be a steady customer. Ya I love this coffee.

I love all of General Warfields special specialty coffees. I like Peru I like Uganda and Ethiopia and I don’t know which one is best but I think of the three they’re all good but I think my favorite is Peru.

My wife Brenda loves coffee however, the acid in coffee can really upset her stomach. General Warfields Special Blend Whole Bean Coffee does not create any issues that other strong coffees do. It has a deep and rich flavor that does not over power the pleasure of drinking coffee. If you are looking for a great cup of coffee without the acid this is the coffee for you.
